If you have stumbled onto this page, then we can make one of two predictions about you: either you or someone you know believes that there may be a current and active arrest warrant out for you.

Although some counties in the state of Texas provide an online listing of all of the currently active warrants of arrest, this is not the case for Briscoe County. What this means is that you will need to find another way to get at this information. Thankfully, we have two viable methods of trying.

The first is to get in touch with the Briscoe County Sheriff’s Office. While some sheriffs’ departments will tell you over the telephone if there is a current warrant out for a specific individual, many will instead require you to appear in person. Be warned: if there is a warrant out for your arrest, you will likely be arrested. However, this is often better than being picked up off the street or during a traffic stop.

You can find the Sheriff’s Office of Briscoe County at PO Box 70, in Silverton, Texas, 79257.

If your concern is that someone you know was already arrested, you can perform a quick and painless search through the Texas criminal justice system by using this search tool: https://offender.tdcj.texas.gov/OffenderSearch/index.jsp.
